You have 24/hours from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange if:

1_ The product is damaged or manufacturing issues.
2_ The product received does not match the ordered size.
3_ This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp +92 324 8561205  and we will try to help you out in a possible way within 7 days of delivery.
4_ If the customer is facing a size issue in the ordered article, we do offer a size exchange facility for it. 
Note: The customer will need to send the article back to us and will bear the shipping cost of it.

How do I apply for Exchange?

To return an item, please contact us at zuriofficial.cs@gmail.com or on WhatsApp number +92 324 8561205 with the return reason and order details.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
When will my exchange will be processed?

We aim to process all exchange within 5 - 7 working days after receiving.
During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.
Do you offer refund?

We are not offering refunds in any case. For international customers, we only offer exchanges of articles or voucher/discount codes for future online shopping if they cancel their Paid orders..
Delivery time period:

The standard delivery duration within Pakistan is 05 to 07 working days.
The estimated delivery duration for International orders is 10 to 15 working days (depending on the destination).
Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
Note: "No refund or exchange of Sale items"
